Torre Melgarejo. Jerez de la Frontera. Cádiz.
Description
Leaf-shaped tip with slightly Mithraic shape and very developed blades. It displays flat, covering and bifacial retouch. It was found as part of the collective burial vestments in Torre Melgarejo next to four more very similar arrowheads. This is the only complete example. Its finesse and perfection suggests that it was never used in everyday life. It is thus one of the best examples of this kind in the province of Cadiz.
